Chemistry Kit

The memLAYER Chemistry Kit contains chemistry to functionalize the sensor surface with NeutrAvidin in complex with a biotinylated single-stranded DNA (Biotin-ssDNA) and contains cholesterol-modified DNA (chol-ssDNA) to produced cholesterol-DNA tagged lipid vesicles and a multilayer of lipid vesicles attached to a biosensor surface.

memLAYER Chemistry Kit includes:

• Chemistry for functionalization of the biosensor surface
• Tags for linking the liposomes to the biosensor surface
• Tags to connect multiple layers of liposomes
• Instructions For Use for the biosensor instrument to be used

Compatible with:
SPR (e.g. Biacore, Bio-Rad)
QCM (e.g. Attana, Q-Sense)
Interferometry (e.g. ForteBio, Farfield)
OWLS (e.g. MicroVacuum)

As an option there is also a possibility to get a Layerlab set of SPR Standard sensors compatible with Biacore instruments.
