The memLAYER product family includes both memLAYER Chemistry kit and memLAYER Application methods. The products provide a unique approach of gently immobilizing biological membranes to bioanalytical sensor surfaces and thus enabling the study of processes that occur over biological membranes as well as membrane protein functionality.

Straightforward – Easy to use

The memLAYER Chemistry Kit provides a straightforward and easy-to-use approach for immobilization of lipid vesicles onto biosensor surfaces. memLAYER is compatible with any type of lipid vesicles, such as liposomes or lipoparticles. The gentle DNA hybridization-based immobilization results in surface attached lipid vesicles that are functionally intact.
