Welcome to Layer Lab!
We provide on-demand 3D printing, CAD design, and model painting services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer:

Custom 3D printing based on user-provided designs or our available templates.

Painting and finishing services for 3D-printed models.

CAD (Computer-Aided Design) services, including model modifications, 3D modeling, and design consultation.

All products are made-to-order and cannot be mass-produced or resold without prior agreement.

3. Orders & Payment

An offer detailing the scope, cost, and estimated timeline of the project will be sent to the client.

The offer must be approved by the client before any services begin.

Once the offer is accepted, an invoice will be issued, and payment must be made by the due date specified on the invoice.

Prices vary based on material, size, complexity, and finishing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled once printing or design work has begun.

Refunds are only issued for defective products caused by printing errors, not for design flaws in customer-provided files.

CAD design services are non-refundable once work has started.

If an issue arises, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Customer-Provided 3D Models

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any files they submit for printing or modification.

We do not print copyrighted or offensive materials.

We may modify files slightly for better printability, but major design changes require customer approval.

6. Painting & Finishing

Colors and finishes may slightly vary due to material and hand-painting techniques.

We use high-quality paints and finishes, but handling and exposure to elements may affect longevity.

7. CAD Design Services

Our CAD services include custom 3D modeling, modifications, and design improvements.

Customers must provide clear instructions and reference materials for accurate results.

Final CAD files will be delivered in [your preferred formats: STL, OBJ, STEP, etc.].

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production.

We do not guarantee mechanical or functional performance unless explicitly specified in the design contract.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production time varies based on complexity and order volume.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
9. Warranty & Liability

The strength and durability of the print depend on the material chosen by the client and the actual model design. For example, materials like PLA or PETG cannot be used for heavy use, mechanical stress, or conditions beyond their material properties, such as high temperatures or outdoor exposure. Customers should select materials accordingly based on their intended use.

We do not take responsibility for material failure after the model has been sent, as it can be affected by user mishandling or exposure to elements.

We are not liable for misuse, modification, or improper handling of products after delivery.

CAD files and 3D models are provided as-is, and we do not assume responsibility for their performance unless explicitly stated.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
